Job Summary
What is the opportunity?
Associate Director, Digital Marketing joining our Asset Management - Digital Marketing team. The role will work with the team to formulate and run digital campaigns in line with marketing and business objectives. Identify best campaign tactics to drive desired outcomes.
What will you do?
* Define KPI’s, monitor campaign performance, develop dashboards, prepare reports, and identify areas for improvement.
* Work with different sales distribution channels and understand the sales structure to build effective distributions lists and lead scoring capabilities.
* Work with stakeholders to define and implement global objectives. Ensure alignment of regional requirements and fund distributions.
* Responsible for the maintenance and governance of corporate websites.
* SEO - Build keyword strategy, implement recommendations / optimise page content. Advise on content strategy.
* Develop email strategy that drives customer retention and lead generation through customer life cycle analysis and lead scoring.
* Responsible for the delivery, data segmentation and post analysis of email campaigns - managing A/B tests, with presentation of results for monthly and quarterly meetings.
* Implement and manage Google AdWords and social media campaigns (LinkedIn and Twitter).
* Develop the strategy, including keyword research and target audience segmentation.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
* Extensive experience in digital marketing - passionate and driven in all aspects of digital marketing.
* Strong project management skills and ability to manage and work with a budget, meet deadlines for multiple projects and ensure ROI on marketing campaigns.
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
* Experience in content management systems and HTML.
* Working knowledge of SEO principles and implementation.
* Experience in Google Analytics, Google Console, Google Adwords.
* Knowledge of LinkedIn and Twitter ad platforms.
* Ability to report data, recognise trends and analyse and communicate the success or otherwise of campaigns.
Nice-to-have
* Strong interest in financial services marketing.
* An excellent eye for detail and good proof-reading skills.
* Beneficial to have experience in financial compliance procedures.
