Our client based in Belfast are looking for an Admin Assistant to join their team
Job Description:
Case Papers –
- Locating files and Hearing Folders
- Photocopying papers for Chairmen and Panel Members
- Updating action sheet
- Preparing and issuing standard letters and case papers
- Updating spreadsheet on a daily/weekly basis
- Filing of case files in the correct order
Filing
- Maintaining Filing system
- Carrying out file searches when required
Telephone Duties
- Receiving telephone calls
- Retrieving files for AO
- Issuing IT1s
- Recording details
Essential Criteria:
- 2 GCSEs including maths and english (certificate proof required)
- Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to use own initiative.
Wage:
- £12.05ph (weekly)

- Gasworks
Start Date:
- ASAP
Length Of Assignment:
- 3 months with possible extension
Work Pattern:
- Mon to Fri (9am-5pm)
- Flexi
