HR and Marketing Administration Assistant
Location: Head Office, Upper English Street, ARMAGH.
This is a dual role working within both the HR and Marketing departments.
Duties will include:
1. Assist in the administration of recruitment.
2. Support with the monitoring of absence triggers in line with our Absence Management Policy.
3. Assist in the minute taking of any meetings.
4. Assist in the administration and enrolment of staff on training courses.
5. Take ownership of ordering Staff uniforms for the Company.
6. Assist with the design and scheduling of creative content across all media platforms.
7. Monitor social media accounts for messages, comments, mentions, and tags.
8. Monitor Customer Service Email dealing with customer complaints and general inquiries, forwarding relevant emails to the correct person/department.
9. Deal with marketing related inquiries.
10. Order Marketing stock.
11. Proofread all media content.
12. Assist with online orders, processing, receiving items from warehouse/shops, posting, refunds, and returns.
13. Assist with updating and maintaining company websites.
14. General admin duties as required within a busy office environment.
