Your new role Billing: Prepare and issue invoices to clients accurately and on time. Maintain and update billing records and client accounts. Resolve any billing discrepancies or issues promptly. Credit Control: Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue payments. Contact clients via phone and email to chase outstanding debts. Negotiate payment plans and terms with clients when necessary. Maintain accurate records of all communications and actions taken. Reporting: Generate regular reports on billing and credit control activities. Provide insights and recommendations to improve collection processes.
