Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or related field.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Recruitment within the manufacturing industry. Fresh graduates with internship experience in manufacturing are welcome.
3. Proficiency in English.
4. Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
5. Knowledge of psychological testing.
6. Good communication skills and personality.
7. Proficient in Excel, Google Drive, and other relevant tools.
8. Willing to work in Kendal, Central Java.
9. Willing to attend onsite interviews (offline).
