Learning Support Assistant (LSA) | Buckinghamshire | INDB A secondary school in Buckinghamshire is looking for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support students with SEMH and SEN needs. This is a permanent PAYE contract (£96£105 per day) with opportunities to train as a qualified teacher or educational psychologist. Learning Support Assistant - Role Overview: As an LSA, you will work closely with teachers to support students in their learning, both one-to-one and in small groups. You will assist in managing behaviour, adapting lesson materials, and creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. Learning Support Assistant - Key Responsibilities: Provide targeted support to students with SEMH and SEN needs. Assist teachers in lesson delivery and classroom management. Adapt learning materials to meet individual student needs. Encourage student independence and engagement. Monitor progress and provide feedback to teachers and SEN staff. Learning Support Assistant - Requirements: Previous experience working with children, ideally in a school setting. A passion for education and supporting young learners.
