At least 5 years' experience in electrical repair Experience in our industry a big advantage but not required Team management skills Driving License ESSENTIAL Equipment Maintenance & Repair: - Oversee and perform technical & cosmetic repair and maintenance on Encore equipment and road cases. - Support all Quality Control processes and procedures. - Develop and implement service/maintenance tracking and reporting system, ensuring repair progress are documented and reported; and ensuring compliance to manufacturer/warranty policy. - See the Bigger Picture - Maintain relationships with vendors and order necessary parts to complete repairs. - Establish and provide reporting on key repair metrics and ROI. - Adhere to health and safety regulations and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - Report all HSE issues to the Warehouse Manager and HSE Manager Customer Service: - Deliver World Class Service - Provide excellent service and strive to exceed the expectations and needs of internal and external customers. - Value People - Maintain positive relationships with Encore hotel teams through effective communication and satisfactory service. Equipment Handling and Tracking: - Perform annual physical inventory of equipment. - Maintain a clean and tidy workspace. Systems Knowledge: - Do the Right Thing - Understands company processes, follows procedures and completes systems entry and paperwork accurately. - Interact with other staff, internal customers, and outside vendors. - Manage system generated pick-lists & order entry as necessary. - Manage the service module in the system. Team members may be asked to work in multiple hotel locations. Must be able to work long hours at height in harness and work in a high degree of dust and dirt.
