In this role, you’ll play a critical part in understanding partner profitability and identifying opportunities to enhance performance. You will work closely with the International Wholesale Director and other key stakeholders, delivering insights that help shape the future of our business. Key Responsibilities: Accountabilities: Complete Wholesale and Franchise accounts on a monthly basis. Collaborate with the New Business Finance Manager to consolidate Wholesale, Franchise, and License P&Ls under the International Wholesale Director’s remit. Conduct partner-level profitability analysis, providing regular updates and highlighting areas for improvement. Prepare P&L appraisals for potential new partners and support successful new launches. Deliver analysis of sales and profit for annual reporting to external audiences. Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts for International Wholesale and Franchise partners. Main Tasks: Manage accurate accounting and reporting of Wholesale and Franchise, including monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Work with cross-functional teams to understand costs associated with Wholesale and Franchise partners, assessing profitability. Support budgeting, forecasting, and actual cost analysis in partnership with finance teams. Prepare consolidated views of all partner P&Ls under the International Wholesale Director, highlighting performance drivers. Partner with non-finance stakeholders to evaluate new wholesale and franchise opportunities, ensuring comprehensive cost appraisals. Behaviours & Key Requirements: A couple of years of experience in a Finance or Analytical role. CIMA/ACCA part-qualified or planning to commence studies. Preferably experienced in financial modelling. Strong Excel skills with the ability to prepare schedules for senior leadership reviews. A self-starter who can manage their own workload effectively. High attention to detail and accuracy in work. Flexible, adaptable, and ready to undertake a variety of tasks. LI-DC1
