The role?
In this role you will be the focal point for offshore employees and contractors, project teams and client contacts responsible for the efficient mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel globally. Selecting competent personnel from the offshore pool, you will assign them to projects whilst building successful relationships. You will provide full details of assignments including check in details, pre-job/assessments and assignment durations. You will also track the offshore pool and their utilisation using Onboard Tracker software.
Additional tasks will include raising purchase orders, arranging travel and accommodation if required and rotational out of hour on call duties.
You are?
Experienced working in a personnel logistics role with international mobilisations. Previous experience of working within the Oil and Gas sector would be essential. You will be used to working in a dynamic, fast paced role and have strong time management and organisational skills.
