About the role
Are you a passionate OD and Change Manager/Lead? We have an exciting opportunity to join our People Team leading on key projects in driving and facilitating organisational change and development initiatives within the broader Transformation Programme
This is a brilliant time to join our People Team, working in the Asset Transformation area to ensure effective change management, stakeholder engagement, assess current organisational capabilities, design interventions, and implement solutions to increase effectiveness and achieve business goals throughout the transformation journey.
Within this role you be our subject matter expert in change management principles, methodologies, and best practices, leading organisational change management efforts by developing strategies and plans to mitigate risks, address challenges, and maximise the benefits of the organisational changes.
You’ll be working collaboratively across all workstreams to identify and assess the organisational change impacts of the Transformation Programme, with you designing change management plans, communications, training.
We’re looking for you to support the People Workstream Lead and Head of Transformation in analysing the organisation's current state, identify gaps and opportunities, and develop a strategic OD roadmap aligned with business goals. You’ll also be assessing the organisation's capability, capacity, readiness, and maturity to undertake and sustain the proposed changes.
About you
If you are an experienced Change or Organisational Development professional, we want to hear from you.
The successful candidate will have experience in HR processes, change management, organisational development. You’ll have proven experience of understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
To support our stakeholders, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
As you’ll join a fast paced environment you’ll demonstrate the ability to coordinate workload whilst managing multiple project demands, so proven project management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously is essential.
