A quick look at the role. The Product Delivery Manager is responsible for the continuous delivery of benefits to systems, managing the process for system changes from requirements gathering, solution design through to successful implementation to time, cost and quality. You will build and manage the detailed plans that define how the items in the product backlog will be defined, built, tested and deployed. Maintain the plans and report regularly on progress whilst continually managing risks, issues and resources. Your core responsibilities Liaise with business & Product Manager on system changes required, guiding on when to implement the changes to maximise benefit Complete and communicate all delivery plans resulting in clear expectations Manage the product change governance process to ensure all stakeholders are communicated with and approvals are achieved ahead of any changes going live. Motivate, manage and review the product team members to achieve high performance and project success Manage the product change budget effectively, subsequently meeting targets within set parameters Identify, manage, report and mitigate risks and issues with a view to achieving the agreed outcome within delivery plans Report (formally and informally) on project delivery progress, risks, dependencies and escalate issues to stakeholders to allow for effective monitoring of project delivery performance Our essential requirements Educated to degree level or equivalent.
