About the Role As a Catering Supervisor, you will: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafs, ensuring smooth service and high standards. Plan and organise work schedules before, during, and after service times. Assist in food preparation, following standard recipes and maintaining hygiene and temperature controls in line with HACCP regulations. Ensure food displays remain fresh, tidy, and appealing throughout opening hours. Support the Food Service Manager in implementing best practices to enhance customer experience. Identify opportunities for income generation, helping maximise revenue from Caf Glade & Crossroad Caf. Work collaboratively with the Catering Team to maintain and improve service standards. Act as an ambassador for the department, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for all customers.
