* Lead and manage a team of counter assistants to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
* Develop and implement strategies to meet business objectives, driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
* Manage cash handling procedures, maintaining accurate records and preventing loss.
* Collaborate with colleagues across departments to promote cross-selling opportunities and enhance customer engagement.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Post Office Counter Manager or equivalent role.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
* Strong business acumen, with a focus on driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
* High level of integrity, with a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies.
