Our client is a reputable business based in Warwickshire, offering a variety of services to individuals and companies. They specialise in delivering goods through specialised departments. They are looking for a Receptionist Administrator to join their friendly, easy-going team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in reception or administration, along with a customer service background and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact for visitors at reception and provide administrative support to ensure smooth front desk operations.
* Direct visitors to the appropriate staff members.
* Answer calls promptly and professionally, directing or taking messages as needed.
* Maintain a visitor log, welcome scheduled visitors, and notify staff of arrivals.
* Notify staff of deliveries.
* Handle monies received at reception, issue receipts, and notify staff for collections.
* Verify Anti Money Laundering (AML) documents.
* Manage scanning and sorting of posts upon request.
* Book meeting rooms.
* Keep the reception area tidy and professional.
* Enter new enquiries into the Prospect register in Tikit via phone, email, or in person.
* Manage incoming and outgoing post accurately.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Experience in customer-facing and administrative roles preferred.
* Proficiency with telephone systems and handling calls professionally.
* Strong keyboard skills and proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Commitment to excellent client care.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Exceptional organisational and administrative abilities.
* High accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to maintain discretion and uphold confidentiality.
Additional Information:
* Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (35 hours/week).
* 23 days annual leave, increasing to 27 days with service.
* Office closure between Christmas and New Year (one day’s holiday required).
