A large international organisation is seeking a Concierge Manager to lead a team of Concierges to provide excellent customer service and hospitality. The Concierge Manager will have previous experience working in a similar role and have strong experience handling challenging and high-profile situations. In addition, the Concierge Manager will be able to pass an Enhanced DBS check and have a basic understanding of building maintenance tasks and managing third-party groups like suppliers. Applications from ex-military personnel are strongly encouraged Key Responsibilities: Lead, develop and enhance the Concierge team Lead on the weekly rota to ensure suitable cover is in place Be the first point of contact for colleagues and support on issues Contract manage support service partners, such as security and repairs Create and deliver customer focused training for the team to ensure the company continually improves the level of service Propose and deliver additional services to enhance the customer experience Ensure customers receive advance communication of disruptive works in good time, this includes supporting vulnerable adults Build trust with our customers, capturing important feedback from customers Knowledge, skills and qualifications: Essential: Have a lead concierge team, ideally in a high end and customer focused role Previously managed customer’s expectations, able to handle challenging and high-profile situations Basic understanding of maintenance tasks and overseeing suppliers Strong communication skills and able to work well with others Highly professional and disciplined Be able to pass an Enhanced DBS check Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 DOE Benefits: Pension, Life Assurance, 258 days hols, private medical, retail discounts, and more
