Location: Warwick - hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Region: EMEA (with a focus on Europe)
We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on HR professional to join our client on a 9 month FTC as an HR Business Partner. This role is perfect for someone who has a solid background as a Senior HR Advisor and is now looking to step into a more operational, business-facing HRBP role. You will be working closely with local Directors and HR Managers across the EMEA region, providing support on day-to-day HR operations with a strong focus on employee engagement, talent management, performance improvement, and compensation. This is a highly operational, transactional role within a fast-paced, commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Employee Engagement: Assist with the roll-out and analysis of engagement surveys, collaborating with regional managers to develop tailored plans for improvement. Focus on gathering actionable insights from engagement surveys and running focus groups.
* Talent and Succession Management: Support the upcoming talent and succession planning initiatives (March), collecting information from managers and contributing to the broader strategy.
* Compensation & Benefits: Provide hands-on support for merit increases, bonus payments, and recruitment. Manage the transactional side of compensation processes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
* Transactional HR Support: Work closely with HR Managers in 21 EMEA countries to ensure smooth delivery of operational HR activities. This includes recruitment, contracts, employee communications, and merit processes.
* Workday: Utilise Workday for all HR processes, ensuring accurate data management and reporting.
* Stakeholder Management: Partner with local HR teams and Country Directors to ensure alignment with HR policies and practices across multiple regions, liaising with Resh, who leads EMEA HR initiatives.
* Support on Policy and Training: Work closely with the UK and local teams on HR policies, including supporting the delivery of performance improvement training and other key development initiatives.
Key Requirements:
* Hands-On Experience: Must be comfortable in a transactional HRBP role, with an emphasis on operational support rather than strategic decision-making.
* Strong Communication Skills: Ability to quickly build relationships and credibility, especially in a commercial, performance-driven environment.
* Analytical Mindset: Able to analyse data from engagement surveys, identify key trends, and propose actionable solutions.
* Workday Proficiency: Experience using Workday or a similar HRIS system is essential.
* HR Experience: A solid background as a Senior HR Advisor or HRBP with an operational focus, ideally with exposure to multiple European markets.
* Commercial Mindset: Able to work within a fast-paced, sales-driven, and performance-focused environment. Must be able to get things done, be solution-oriented, and remain adaptable.
* Passion and Ambition: A drive for continuous improvement and career progression within HR.
What We Offer:
* Competitive salary (£50,000 - £55,000).
* A hands-on, operational role where you can truly make an impact.
* Opportunity to work with senior leaders and HR professionals across EMEA.
* Hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).
* A fast-paced, commercial environment with room for growth and development.
