About the Role
EPNE require a highly organised and experienced individual to support the college’s subcontracted provision which includes Adult Education, Skills Bootcamps and 16-18 Study Programmes.
About the Candidate - Skills, Knowledge, Experience
* Strong, recent, demonstrable experience working in a Subcontracting role in Further Education securing high levels of performance and compliance.
* Detailed working knowledge of FE Funding & Subcontracting rules including DFE Subcontract standard, in a subcontracting role, ensuring high levels of compliance.
* Highly organised, able to plan own workload, work independently, to meet tight deadlines.
* Highly effective Performance Management, reporting against Key Performance Indicators.
* Highly effective data analysis and planning skills to underpin robust planning and performance management.
* Detailed understanding of funding audit requirements, able to demonstrate successful experience of audit preparation.
* Detailed knowledge of the Further Education Sector including funding / regulatory bodies roles / requirements.
* Confident, effective, impactful stakeholder relationship management with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Procurement.
* Bid Preparation / Writing.
* Quality Assurance of Education & Training Provision.
* Provision / Curriculum Planning.
