We are a rapidly growing organisation, and to support this growth we have the need for a Business Systems Manager. The purpose of the role is to ensure the business systems and associated processes match the growth and ambition of the business and support continual efficiency gains in the way we work and operate.
In the role you will be working across all the business functions, including working directly with the SLT. This role is key to delivering and maintaining our OEM status, and as such has a high level of focus in the business.
The role will be based in the HQ in Windlesham, and some level of travel to our other sites in Warwick, Shalford and Dunsfold will be required.

Key Responsibilities
1. Own the development of the business management system, including managing the architecture of policies, business processes and procedures that support the ISO9001:2015 certification and OEM status.
2. Work with the IT team to ensure we have appropriate and efficient information management tools and systems with effective workflow, controls and security aligned to business policies and procedures.
3. Plan, support and manage the continual development and improvement of all policies and processes across all functions to ensure compliance with OEM and ISO9001:2015 requirements.
4. Own internal audit and business review planning and execution, with the aim of continually improving our operational efficiency. Act as a centre of excellence on quality management across the whole organisation.
5. Manage the development and growth of the process development team, to ensure that we have a high-quality and consistent process and documentation approach across the group.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
1. Degree Qualified in a relevant numerical, science, engineering or quality discipline.
2. Significant experience in leading or managing a business management system, to a recognised quality systems standard, in a highly complex or technical organisation, that has gone through significant growth in maturity, preferably with some manufacturing experience.
3. Experience in the development and/or implementation of IT systems to support information management.
4. Experience in developing and/or documenting ERP/MRP systems would be an advantage; experience of developing enquiry to cash and other fundamental business processes would be highly valued.
5. Must have a fundamental understanding of engineering design release, data and change management processes required to deliver a successful product.
6. Experience of collaborating with senior management teams and functional leaders, to train, coach, and support the implementation of a quality culture within an organisation.
7. Should be a qualified ISO9001/14001 (or equivalent) auditor with a track record of working towards or attaining quality and environmental certification.
8. Team management experience in a fast-growing maturing business.
