The Purchase to Pay Governance Team are looking for a Customer Relationships and Delivery Manager. Purchase to Pay (P2P) sits within the Corporate Hub and provides a range of services to all customers using Oracle Cloud, including core SG directorates, public bodies, inquiries and review bodies. The Hub is key to developing stronger, clearer, improved service offers and clarifying and improving mutual understanding and engagement between P2P and its range of customer organisations. The role was established within the interim structure of the Shared Services Programme and is now moving into the permanent structure. It will build governance relationships with all customers using Oracle Cloud, helping teams work towards achieving optimal levels of service quality. The role will report into the Purchase to Pay Governance Service Owner, and will manage a small team. Responsibilities Manage the development and enhancement of multiple or complex services within the P2P scope, ensuring efficient delivery and alignment with service goals. Maintain and prioritise the backlog and develop the roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements. Lead the evaluation, selection, and delivery of enhancements to support the service in accordance with the global design principles agreed for the Oracle implementation and delivery. Coach and lead teams in Agile and Lean practices, determining the right approach for the team and evaluating it throughout the project lifecycle. Apply strategic thinking to provide the best service for the end user, anticipating and addressing constraints. Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Cultivate effective relationships with a range of external stakeholders, partners, vendors, and business and technical stakeholders across the organisation. Influence, challenge, and coach team members and stakeholders to drive success. Support professional development and continuous improvement through coaching and mentorship. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement. Implement feedback loops and conduct regular reviews to refine product features and processes. Responsibilities Success Profile Success profiles are specific to each job and they include the mix of skills, experience and behaviours candidates will be assessed on. Technical / Professional Skills: Able to identify and evaluate the most effective ways of working in-order to meet the service delivery. This can include both new, innovative, and proven approaches and use of standard tools such as Microsoft Project, Planview, JIRA, Confluence, Trello, MIRO, iFIX, and Oracle P2P. Able to operate at senior levels and across a range of stakeholders in order to manage change and be able to guide and support all business change activities i.e. communication, engagement, business readiness. This will have also included experience of gathering user needs using a variety of methods including working with others who are experts in user centred design. Experience: Extensive experience and deep understanding of the P2P offering and the Oracle system in relation to P2P.
