What the Job Involves As a Revenues & Benefits Control Officer, you will manage batch and individual system processes essential to the administration of revenues and benefits. You will oversee the setup and monitoring of processes, ensuring procedures are followed for critical business operations. You will work closely with internal and external partners, software suppliers, and other teams to maintain effective relationships and support the continuous improvement of services. You will also handle audits and log responses, manage technology-based systems, and adopt strategies for debt recovery and customer interactions. Skills Knowledge of revenues and benefits legislation Ability to interpret and apply new legislation Strong IT and software navigation skills Effective communication and problem-solving abilities Strategic thinking and decision-making Experience in bulk process management Ability to manage priorities and deadlines Familiarity with Northgate systems IRRV qualification is desirable Proficiency in English for clear communication
