Office Manager, Construction company, permanent position, office-based role in Omagh.

This company has appointed Hays to recruit an Office Manager for their site in Omagh. This is an office-based role.
Your new role
As Office Manager / Site Administrator, you will provide administrative support and coordination services to a busy operational site. You will be the key point of contact for meeting coordination, team support, and general administrative tasks.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Preparing and distributing meeting minutes and action items.
2. Conducting document controls including creating packages, collating documents for the site team, and assisting sub-contractors with queries.
3. Liaising with the procurement team.
4. Managing anomalies and costs.
5. Reporting weekly and monthly data and information to site teams, key stakeholders, and partners.
6. Handling all correspondence and maintaining a log of messages and actions for periodic review.
7. Diary management and coordination with business and external stakeholders.
8. Maintaining a professional image for the company in all interactions with the public and stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be able to demonstrate previous experience within a similar role. Essential skills include excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, the ability to utilise the full suite of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, etc.), exercising discretion in dealing with sensitive data, and prioritising a range of activities or projects on behalf of an organisational leader. Familiarity with social media platforms is also required. Significant experience of working within the Construction Industry and an ECDL, Pitman or equivalent qualification are essential.
