Reporting into the Business Operations Systems Manager you’ll be responsible for providing technical support to business users of Property, Procurement and Operations (PP&O) managed tools such as Coupa, Concur, Freespace and ContractIn. You’ll also be supporting the design and implementation of new projects including automation and AI, reporting and process simplification, along with providing analytic support for PP&O processes.

We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
What you’ll be doing:
* Provide technical support for PP&O managed tools through online chat and email, collaborating with business users and engaging with external vendors such as Concur and Freespace.
* Provide Project support for PP&O managed projects across technology (automation & AI), reporting and process simplification.
* Oversee internal SharePoint sites and folders, ensuring the implementation of best practices through analysis and collaboration across the AXA UK entity.
* Assist with creation of monthly dashboard reporting.
* Support the Business Operations Systems Manager in evaluating the feasibility of continuous improvement initiatives within PP&O.
What you’ll bring:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and broader Office 365 skills including SharePoint.
* Experience of Power BI reporting is desirable though not essential.
* Strong communications skills and ability to present data in an effective manner to stakeholders.
* Ability to tailor communications to varying audiences and quickly incorporate feedback and adjust accordingly.
* Ability to articulate a clear vision and turn it into a tangible model and then into execution plans.
* Capable of building relationships across a varied group of stakeholders including senior management.
* Experience as a member of a procurement or supply-chain team in a global multi-cultural environment.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
What we offer:
