Responsibilities:
1. Lead the bid team, including bid writers and bid coordinator, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
2. Manage the entire bid process, from identifying and qualifying opportunities to contract award, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
3. Develop and execute bid strategies that align with organisational goals and client needs.
4. Create compelling and persuasive bid content, including value propositions and technical responses.
5. Coordinate with various teams, such as finance, sales, legal, marketing, and operations, to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive bid.
6. Monitor bid performance metrics and analyse win/loss data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
7. Conduct post-bid analysis and debrief sessions to implement lessons learned for future bids.
8. Constantly refine and improve bid processes, templates, and best practises to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
