Role Purpose: We are looking for an Engagement Manager to drive successful partnerships with our key pharmaceutical and biotech clients. This role ensures client satisfaction, scientific impact, and commercial success by blending relationship management, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration. Beyond active partnerships, you will also play a key role in shaping the Technology Enabled Life Sciences Practice, helping scale its operations and refining ways of working to better serve partners and develop our business. This is an ideal opportunity for management consultants at the Senior Associate/Engagement Manager level with a clinical or scientific background and a deep interest in genomics and precision medicine. A Day in the Life: Client Relationship & Strategic Insight – Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, aligning their strategic goals with Genomics’ capabilities. Provide strategic insights to ensure long-term partnerships and business growth. Project Management & Financial Ownership – Take an active role in delivering high-impact projects, managing budgets, timelines, and ensuring financial oversight. Deliver high-quality outputs that support both scientific impact and commercial objectives. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Science, Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with broader business objectives. Practice Development – Take ownership of initiatives to develop and scale the Technology Enabled Life Sciences Practice, refining operational and commercial models to enhance impact. Expanding the Impact of Genomics – Drive initiatives that enhance the relevance, reach, and adoption of genomics solutions across the industry. Who You Are Proven experience in client relationship management, business development, and strategic partnerships within life sciences, biotech, or healthcare. Strong project management skills, including ownership of budget, resources, and timelines. A natural collaborator, skilled at working with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve common goals. A track record of consistently delivering high-quality reports and outputs that drive business success. Experienced in working with finance, legal, and commercial teams to support project execution and strategic growth. Able to identify and develop incremental opportunities to expand partnerships and drive impact. A strong leader and communicator, adept at managing internal and external stakeholders Holds a degree in life sciences, genomics, biotechnology, or medicine (MD/MSc/PhD preferred) or has relevant experience. Strong financial and project management capabilities with the ability to bridge business and science to ensure commercial success. So what's in it for you?
