The care group are looking to recruit a Surgical Matron to cover our opthalmology, Dental, ENT and other outpatient-based areas. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a background in the relevant area who has a substantial background in leadership at an 8A level. You will be responsible for day-to-day leadership and management as well as some inpatient bed management within the care group. You will be supported in the role by a head of nursing to assist you in your personal growth and development alongside department/service improvement plans. You should have sound experience in governance, rota management and astute budget management.
