Hours of work:
Two shift pattern: Monday to Thursday 6.00am – 2.30pm, Friday 6am - 12pm
Monday - Thursday 2:30pm - 11pm, Friday 12pm - 6pm alternating weeks.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will be hardworking, proactive, conscientious, and flexible with a high level of quality control. Full training will be provided, including details around product specifications. Working in a fast-paced environment, the candidate must have a background in either CNC Milling or CNC Turning. The ability to work from engineering drawings is desired, as is knowledge and experience of programming on CNC Machines, preferably Mazatrol control systems.
Purpose of the Role:
To set and run machines in which you are trained, ensuring maximum production is achieved to quality standards while inspecting parts produced and notifying of any areas of concern. Adjust setups, alter programmers, and sharpen tools as required to ensure maximum production is achieved.
Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
* Communicate with Team Leaders or Supervisors regarding production issues, informing them of parts not meeting tolerance.
* Support operators in machine setups.
* Work effectively, making machine adjustments as required.
* Work in accordance with the quality system.
* Ensure on-the-job self-inspection.
* Comply with all reasonable requests made by the Production Supervisor and Production Manager.
* Assist in the training of apprentices.
* Ensure all safety standards are maintained within the production department to comply with health and safety procedures and regulations.
* Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping at all times.
Package:
