SMSTS / SSSTS Construction Contracts Manager

SMSTS / SSSTS Construction Contracts Manager required to join a project in the Oxfordshire area (travelling around different sites).

Dealing with:

* H&S inspections
* Checking RAMS
* 2 large AMP8 projects (5-20m)
* Some smaller activities
* Some legacy AMP7 projects
* Ability to manage a full portfolio of people (Designers, planners, PMs, Agents, etc.)
* Competent in delivering large schemes
* Checking permits
* Project coordination

Pay rate: £400 per day; paid weekly CIS.

Must have:

* SMSTS
* Water / Waste experience
* Gold / Black CSCS / White CSCS
* First Aid

Initial contract of 3 months, with the possibility of going permanent.

You must have at least 6 years of experience.
