Sales & Account Administrator Bedford, Permanent Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (1hr lunch) £25,000 - £28,000 We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our Bedford based clients’ team as a Sales and Account Administrator. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Head of Commercial to support sales across customer channels in alignment with the company strategy. This is a multifaceted role where you’ll manage existing customer relationships, explore new business opportunities, and ensure processes run smoothly behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities Customer Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, support in developing new customer opportunities, and ensure exceptional service. Manage pricing, sales records, reports, and presentations with accuracy and efficiency. Sales Support: Analyse sales performance, identify opportunities for growth, and assist in creating tailored sales plans. Help maximise revenue through effective product and market strategies. Business Administration: Handle customer queries, maintain databases, and provide sales forecasts, meeting reports, and updates to the Head of Commercial. General Duties: Ensure product quality, attend trade shows as needed, and take on additional tasks that support company goals and initiatives. Requirements Strong customer service and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. B2C, Sales and Administration experience. Initiative driven with a collaborative team spirit. Resilience and persistence under pressure.
