About The Job:
As a Property Manager, you will play a vital role in exceeding client expectations and driving profitability. You will be responsible for managing a profitable portfolio, generating recommendations, and fostering strong relationships with clients. Additionally, you will oversee asset management, facilities management, legal matters, procurement, budgeting, and cash flow.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and addressing their needs promptly.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share knowledge, support team learning, and contribute to company-wide quality improvements.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through active communication, updates, and transparency.
* Ensure proper insurance coverage for client's assets and benchmark repairs against lease, insurance, and other relevant factors.
* Manage risks, comply with changing legislation, and maintain an understanding of legal and company matters.
* Oversee procurement and reactive maintenance, including raising works orders, managing third-party contractors, and reviewing contracts.
* Prepare service charge budgets, conduct cash flow reviews, and support the final accounts process.
Qualifications:
* Prior experience in property management or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and industry best practises
* Proven track record of exceeding client expectations
* Proficiency in using property management software and tools
