The Opportunity We are looking for a motivated, organized and insight-driven Senior Marketing Manager, to drive global projects and improve our marketing operations effectiveness. Based in Brighton, you will report directly to the VP of Marketing and work cross-functionally with our global marketing, product, customer experience and operations teams to enhance our marketing activity and effectiveness, and manage strategic projects and marketing activities. You will collaborate with senior managers and leadership, to support strategy formulation and solve marketing challenges. You may also support direct marketing execution, too - so be ready to roll those sleeves up when required The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, possess excellent analytical skills and communications skills, and have experience with project management. You should be able to think strategically and analytically about our marketing strategy and our business, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. What You’ll Do: Contribute to the development of our tools, processes and best practices Manage marketing and cross-functional strategic projects Assess customer needs, the competitive landscape, and business results to enhance marketing effectiveness Support with strategic direct marketing activity.
