FinTech RS are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Payroll Coordinator based in Dyce, Aberdeen on a Permanent, Full Time basis, with Hybrid working available. Main duties include: Assisting with the monthly processing of UK payroll Accurate input of ad-hoc payments, such as Overtime, Detachments, Misc Payments/Deductions etc. Calculating any changes to Salaries or Allowances Processing New Hires/Leavers into the payroll. Checking of reports sent from our payroll provider(s) to ensure all input and changes are accurate each month. Liaise with external payroll bureaus for any updates or changes to be made before final reports are received. Help resolve any queries received from employees. Support the expense function where needed (Holidays/Sickness etc). Any other ad hoc payroll and analysis duties as required supporting the business. Suitable candidates should have the following: Previous experience in a similar role SAP, Concur, or Workday / iConnect experience (Desirable) Good presentation and communication skills Excellent people skills Proactive and enthusiastic Strong organisational skills Ability to plan and prioritise work both individually and for the team. Candidates should be based locally to Aberdeen, and must hold the Right to Work in the UK.
