Developing a high-performing team and preparing them for further growth. Implementing customer-friendly automation to drive efficiency while maintaining quality. Using data & insights to enhance the customer journey and improve retention rates. Bringing a consultative approach to sales, mapping the retention journey, and feeding back key insights on products/services. Managing well-being & performance, supporting a neurodiverse team with empathy and confidence. This is a brand-new role, reporting into a Head of Customer, so you will get to really shape/ develop the activities as the function grows.
