The role of Financial Adviser will involve: Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be required to achieve regular sales of new business to attain individual and company sales targets whilst providing on going quality customer service. Managing a customer database which you be provided with and expected to build upon. Ongoing support, guidance, training and development in our processes. Advising clients on a range of financial products in their homes, including savings plans, investments, pensions and protection policies. Servicing existing customers through regular reviews, expanding existing customer sales and brand loyalty. The autonomy of being home based and responsible for managing your daily activities and diary as well as being part of a successful team of Financial Advisers. Attending regular meetings with the Area Manager and colleagues. Acting in accordance with the FCA Code of Conduct for Company Representatives. Applicants should possess a good standard of education and a full driving licence is essential, as the role is field based travelling to clients’ homes.
