Job Description
Your responsibilities as a Crewing Officer:
* You will be required to act as direct line manager for the offshore team, carrying out probation reviews, performance reviews and answering general day to day queries.
* Plan/arrange crew allocation to survey vessels whilst scheduling crew training needs with operational commitments.
* You will be required to inform crew personnel on vessel deployments and will liaise with crew and the travel team.
* You will be required to handle crew queries and provide operational support to the Crewing Manager, Project Operations Controllers and Travel Department as and when required.
* You will also be required to maintain online records in onboard tracker of staff allocations and monitor utilisation of personnel.
* You will work closely with the technical leads within appropriate departments to ensure projects are crewed effectively.
Qualifications
Your qualities:
You can move ahead as a Crewing Officer if you have:
* Previous Administration experience including excellent organisational skills
* High level of IT literacy, including Office, Microsoft Teams and Outlook
* Strong communication skills, both in person and written
* Be able to work as part of a team and perform well under pressure
* A good command of written and spoken English

* Fulltime/ part-time job: The position of Crewing Officer is a full-time, permanent role, 37.5 hours per week. Following successful completion of probation period there is an opportunity to work from home 2 days per working week.
