Were working in partnership with Nucleus Financial to find a Project co-ordinator join the Adviser Business Readiness Team at Nucleus Financial on a 12-month FTC.The salary for this role is up to £38,000. In this role, you will manage key aspects of the day-to-day operations of platform implementation workstreams, ensuring the successful delivery of our re-platforming project on time and to the highest standards. You will oversee project tasks, monitor performance, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements in platform delivery. Your primary focus will be supporting the Platform Implementation Project Manager in managing multiple project workstreams within the External Business Readiness area of the re-platforming initiative. This involves planning, executing, and coordinating various tasks to ensure the new platform is successfully implemented within set deadlines. In this role, you'll: Manage and lead workstreams and people within the Adviser Business Readiness (ABR) team for the External Business Readiness workstream of the new Platform project. Support or lead assigned project workstreams within ABR. Build and maintain strong relationships with the ABR Project Manager. Manage change, driving continuous improvement in processes, systems, and team performance. Coach and influence staff to deliver high-quality project support, ensuring regular status reporting and outputs. Oversee resource planning, including recruitment, training, and performance management. Provide weekly status updates to the Project Manager and Management. Collaborate across business areas and engage with key stakeholders to deliver project tasks. Help define and implement a repeatable re-platforming process. Deliver training to internal staff and external Advisors when required. Experience with investment platforms is highly desirable but not essential. Strong people management skills, including leading or supporting a team, with excellent presentation abilities for both personal delivery and preparing materials for individuals or groups. Professional image, with the ability to represent yourself and the department effectively internally and externally. Exceptional time management, productivity, and decision-making skills, along with strong influencing and negotiating abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA ) is a bonus. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
