About the Academy:
Outwood Academy Acklam, the first Outwood school in Teesside, has an enrollment of almost 1200 students each academic year. In its most recent assessment, it was recognised as a Good School with Exceptional Leadership.

About the Role:
As an Exams and Assessment Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate management and running of all examinations. This includes maintaining accurate pupil tracking throughout the exam period and assisting curriculum leaders in training the standard of teaching and learning within the school.
Alongside this, you will support the principal and oversee the whole examination process, creating and implementing invigilation timetables and completing training with external invigilators to ensure a smooth and efficient examination period. You must use statistical analysis to review assessment data and trends to be shared with department managers, as well as link the relevant data to students' attainment, progress, attendance, and academic monitoring.
This is an ideal role for any exam assistants to progress to the next step of their career or for individuals to enter the education sector who have experience of using data in a previous role.
