An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join my client's team in their Doncaster, South Yorkshire offices.
My client is a highly regarded, modern well-resourced firm employing 70 people across 4 offices who work collaboratively with their clients with clear communication to achieve outstanding results.
Role Specification:
1. Providing secretarial support (audio typing and document production).
2. Efficient administration skills associated with a busy office environment.
3. Setting up new client files and carrying out case management.
4. Diary management and telephone contact.
5. Corresponding with clients.
6. Land registry searches/applications.
7. Corresponding with solicitors, brokers, and estate agents.
8. HMRC SDLT application drafting.
9. Exchanges and completions.
Requirements:
1. 2 Years Experience as a conveyancing assistant.
2. Strong IT and organisational skills.
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well within a team.
This is an office-based position. 09:00 - 17:00 Monday through Friday.
