Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrator to join our dynamic team in Lincoln, United Kingdom. As an integral part of our organisation, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Manage and coordinate office administrative procedures
* Handle incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both digital and physical
* Schedule and organise meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
* Prepare and edit various documents, reports, and presentations
* Assist in the coordination of office events and activities
* Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
* Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
* Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
* Contribute to the improvement of office processes and procedures
Qualifications
* Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Proactive and positive attitude with a customer-focused approach
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritise tasks
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
* Experience in using various software and online platforms
* Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships
Additional Information
* Salary £19,100.00 per annum
* Mon thru Friday 9.30 AM to 3.30 PM
