Job Responsibilities
1. Lead the execution of operational strategies and objectives across the UK Operations.
2. Customer facing for existing and potential clients
3. Assist new business development in the area
4. Source & manage staffing for the internal and client facing agency operations.
5. Implement and manage process changes to optimize productivity and profitability for the company, while ensuring client satisfaction on delivery.
6. Own and manage budgets across all aspects of business operations.
7. Site Health and Safety
8. Manage and maintain site 5s standards
9. Responsibility for Site security
10. Manage site KPIs to achieve business objectives
11. Develop and deliver innovative solutions to continuously improve product quality, reduce manufacturing and operating costs, increase efficiency, and improve overall operations.
12. Evaluate, improve, and establish SOPs and KPIs that align with best practices.
13. Manage, implement, and maintain necessary programs and processes for ISO & other industry standards compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
14. A minimum of 5 years of progressive managerial experience in the IT industry.
15. Problem solving, service focused, and proven ability to delivery to tight budget and deadlines.
16. Business Management degree or related field of study preferred
17. Strong multi-tasking skills and can operate with a high sense of urgency
18. Demonstrates excellent motivational leadership skills and fosters a collaborative team environment.
19. Strong knowledge of demand planning, distribution and warehouse management, logistics and transportation, purchasing, and customs compliance experience preferred.
20. Continuous improvement/LEAN/Six Sigma experience an advantage
21. Operates with a high level of professionalism and integrity, including dealing with confidential information.
