About the Role: As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse. You'll report directly to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for: Leading a Team: Oversee a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support through regular reviews, coaching, and development. Ensuring Efficiency: Organise the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and despatch of products, ensuring customer demands are met. Managing Documentation: Handle import/export procedures and verify compliance with customs documentation. Stock Control: Conduct regular stock audits and manage inventory levels to maintain operational efficiency. Fostering Relationships: Communicate with transport partners, suppliers, and colleagues to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement. What You'll Bring: To excel in this role, you should have: A minimum of 3 years of warehousing experience, with a supervisory background preferred. A keen understanding of ERP applications, such as Oracle, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. A valid forklift driver licence and experience. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. An adaptable and flexible approach with excellent time management abilities. Why Join Us?
