This organisation offers specialist care across a network of hospitals, clinics, and residential facilities. They support individuals with mental health conditions, rehabilitation needs, and learning disabilities, helping them achieve positive outcomes through tailored treatment programs. This role internally is known as 'IT Logistics Purchaser' but is akin to an Administrator in the external market. How youll spend your day Managing IT purchasing processes, ensuring smooth procurement of equipment through a preferred supplier. Handling administrative tasks related to purchasing, including fact-finding for building moves and ward refurbishments. Assisting with price comparisons and occasional bartering for non-standard purchases. Tracking and processing orders through a pre-agreed supplier portal. Supporting the wider team with general administrative and purchasing duties. What youll bring to this role Strong administrative skills with experience in purchasing or procurement. Ability to manage multiple tasks and gather necessary information for purchasing decisions. Some experience with pricing, supplier coordination, or procurement processes (IT knowledge is a plus but not essential). A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn more about IT purchasing. Open to candidates from various industries with transferable purchasing and administrative skills.
