Focusingon the synergies of the Groups entities you will be able tounderstand our products across financial services software salesestate agency and B2C leadacquisition.
Youwill be responsible for creating implementing and optimising SEOstrategies to improve organic visibility drive traffic and enhanceoverall digital performance. This will bevia organic growth by regular blog posting to backlink creationdomain name authority improvement and actively managing our SEObudgets.

KeyResponsibilities
GroupChampion: Serve as the primarypoint of contact for the Groups digital marketing ensuring our SEOneeds are met andexceeded.
SEOStrategy Development: Create andexecute datadriven SEO strategies that align with our goalsfocusing on keyword research onpage optimisation offpage SEO andtechnicalSEO.
PerformanceMonitoring & Reporting:Track SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics SEMrush andAhrefs and provide detailed reports to the Group Head of Marketingon progress insights and nextsteps.
ContentBlogs and Website SEOOptimisation: Work closely withthe marketing team and web developers to ensure blog posts that youhave researched and written are published timely.Continually review tweak and change the group swebsites to ensure ongoing SEOoptimisation.
Keyword& Competitor Research:Perform ongoing research to identify new opportunities to rank forrelevant keywords and outperform theircompetitors.
Communication& Presentations:Regularly communicate with the Group Head of Marketing and GroupManaging Director providing updates on SEO performance andrecommendations forimprovement.
StayUpdated on SEO Trends: Staycurrent with the latest SEO best practices algorithm updates andemerging digital marketing trends to ensure the effectiveness ofallstrategies.
RegulatoryResponsibility: Ensure anydigital advertising or blog posts meet the regulatory requirementsof the Financial CondictAuthority.
ControlSpend and Budget: Ensure thegroups SEO budgets are monitored and tweaked daily to ensure budgetcontrol and maximumreach.
ResultsFocused: Take pride indelivering results on time in full and as agreed to boost theGroups digital footprint and organic websitegrowth.
MultitaskingGenius: Be able to handlemultichannel delivery in a very fastpaced environment by beingdelivery date focused organised and cool underpressure.
Requirements
Qualifications&Skills:
Ideally holdGoogle certification in SEO such as the Google Digital Marketing& Ecommerce Professional Certificate or equivalent or theProfessional Diploma in Digital Marketing from the DigitalMarketing Institute or theCIM.
Provenexperience in an SEOfocused role ideally within an agencyenvironment financial service setting or estateagency.
Strongunderstanding of SEO tools and platforms (e.g. Google SearchConsole SEMrush AhrefsMoz).
Experience indelivering successful SEOcampaigns.
Stronganalytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provideactionableinsights.
Ability toresearch trends and frequently asked questions to write develop andstrategically postblogs.
