About the role: As a People Administrator, you will help ensure the people team is running smoothly and efficiently by providing comprehensive administrative support. You will manage a wide range of HR activities, by maintaining accurate records in our internal BambooHR system coordinating regulatory referencing, and facilitating the onboarding process through tasks like identity checks and post-hire administration. The role involves managing the HR inbox, supporting payroll, and producing monthly and ad-hoc reports as needed. You will also assist with auditing key processes, administering employee benefits, and supporting HR projects, acquisitions, and recurring HR meetings. Additionally, your responsibilities will include checking invoices, assisting with the employee lifecycle, and ensuring productivity through proactive coordination and task tracking. About the you: You are a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with a solid background in administration. You have experience managing the end-to-end onboarding process, from preparing HR documentation like offer letters and contracts to conducting reference checks and maintaining accurate employee records. With strong communication and interpersonal skills, you are adept at building positive relationships with multiple stakeholders and working collaboratively within a professional team. Attivo supports hybrid and flexible working. The expectation for this particular role is a minimum of 3 days per week in the Cheltenham office. Key Responsibilities include: Provide administration support on a full range of HR activities Maintain accurate records and ensure all relevant documents are uploaded to BambooHR Co-ordinate and administer the regulatory referencing process Facilitate the onboarding process, including identity checks, referencing, and associated post hire activities Manage the HR inbox, prioritising responses and escalating to the HR Team for a response where appropriate Supporting with payroll administration Monthly and ad hoc reporting as directed by line manager to meet the needs of the business Audit processes such as return to work documentation and performance portfolio.
