The Loans Demand Generation and Trading team support customers to achieve their aspirations with unsecured personal loans and help them understand their affordability through innovative customer experiences. We're a fun, multifaceted and fast-paced team who are at the forefront of leading the way for customers & colleagues in transforming & digitising the Retail Bank for Lloyds Banking Group.
Here's where you’ll make a difference:
* Maximise customer demand through our own digital channels, working collaboratively with Digital Engagement, Chief Customer Office and Your Credit Score teams to identify and personalise customer engagement opportunities
* Maximise end-to-end digital channel conversion, through analysis of customer journey performance metrics and crafting digital journey optimisations in collaboration with Platform teams
* Provide clarity on digital performance and key drivers, explaining demand volume and funnel conversion to senior leadership team, along with opportunities to enhance performance
* Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape by highlighting competitor digital innovation and promotional activity, and digital market trends

What you’ll need
* Previous experience and comprehensive understanding of Digital Loan Products, journeys and customer experiences
* Analytically curious, able to explain performance and proactively identify opportunities from customer-level data via unique set of data sources and systems e.g PowerBI, Adobe, Clova or similar
* Collaborative, with the ability to deliver through our business partners such as Digital Engagement, Chief Customer Office and Loans & Affordability Platform
* Able to communicate, present and influence senior leadership, simplifying complexity to be an effective storyteller on digital performance
