A market leading Facilities Management niche specialist services provider is looking to recruit a National Sales Manager to join its growing team. This 50-year-old business, headquartered in the Home Counties, has grown enormously over the last decade and has consistently smashed their annual targets year on year, leading to further team expansion.
Salary Range: Approximately £45,000 - £55,000 + car package + an uncapped OTE that averages an additional £20,000 - £30,000 per year.
This organization works extensively across the UK with both FM providers and end users, operating in both Hard and Soft FM, offering bundled solutions across all vertical markets. They have tangible USPs that set them apart from the competition and offer an industry-leading rewards package for their commercial team. You will be joining a team that has consistently delivered against budget and has grown organically to a sizeable team that collaborates to cross-sell strategically.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide services such as commercial cleaning, fire safety systems, building access solutions, building maintenance, and more.
2. Build relationships with decision makers including Facilities Managers, Estates Managers, Health and Safety Managers, Procurement Managers, Compliance Managers, or Finance/Managing Directors.
3. Hunt for new business, excel at winning work, and influence stakeholders.
4. Negotiate and build rapport with clients while being extremely target-driven.
5. Manage accounts you win and demonstrate added value to the business.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience in the Fire & Security sector and understanding of the industry.
2. Proven track record in new business development.
3. Experience selling to decision makers mentioned above.
