Procurement Manager (UK) Permanent and Onsite Location: London Employment Type: Full time We are looking for a Procurement Manager to lead and develop procurement functions, drive best practices, and optimize sourcing strategies across indirect categories such as marketing, retail, and professional services. Key Responsibilities: Lead and Develop the Procurement Function Build and enhance procurement capabilities while engaging with key stakeholders. Develop and implement a procurement strategy aligned with regional and global objectives. Contribute to regional procurement initiatives and best practices. Drive Procurement Excellence Establish and enforce procurement policies, procedures, and controls. Implement procurement tools and best practices to improve efficiency. Train, coach, and support internal stakeholders. Monitor and report on procurement performance and compliance. Optimize Sourcing & Supplier Management Collaborate with stakeholders to define sourcing strategies. Establish and manage preferred supplier relationships. Lead key tenders and negotiations to secure the best terms. Oversee supplier relationship management and performance. About You: 7 years of experience in sourcing and procurement, ideally within international and matrix environments. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to foster collaboration. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Proven negotiation skills with the ability to engage suppliers at an executive level.
