Description Arconic is currently in search of Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our Maintenance and Engineering team in Kitts Green, Birmingham. Responsibilities What you'll do Undertake front line repairs and perform both predicative and preventative maintenance activities to minimise plant downtime, increase machine reliability and maximise operational throughput; Maintain a wide range of manufacturing equipment and ancillary equipment ranging from large machinery to site services; To operate in a structured environment complying to the maintenance schedule to drive quality; Liaise with manufacturing personnel regarding plant release, downtime estimation, plant hand backs and alternative/compromise solutions; To provide an excellent service ie. effective and efficient breakdown repairs; Drive all EHS and quality procedures to follow company policies and to operate a fully flexible team; Adhere to Health and Safety policies to create a safe working environment. Key Objectives To operate in a structured environment complying to the maintenance schedule to drive quality i.e. internal/external labour resource. Liaise with manufacturing personnel regarding plant release, downtime estimation, plant hand backs and alternative/compromise solutions.
