Job Description: As an English Teacher, you will play a crucial role in inspiring a love for literature and language in our students. Your responsibilities will include:
* Planning and delivering engaging English lessons that align with the national curriculum.
* Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
* Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to help them reach their full potential.
* Collaborating with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources.
* Participating in extracurricular activities and school events to enrich the student experience.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* A degree in English or a related field.
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English literature and language.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
* Experience working in a secondary school setting is desirable but not essential.
