Responsibilities Meet sales KPI Build and maintain strong, long-lasting dealer relationships to maintain existing customer business and acquire new customer business. Travel within the assigned territory to meet with dealer reps and their customers to address heat concerns and provide recommended solutions Discover sales opportunities through consumer research Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships Install or maintain equipment when needed Monitor competition within assigned region Prepare and submit reports to the Sales Managers Any other duties assigned by the Sales Managers Requirements and skills At least two years of proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role within the MRO space. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders and customers at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level Discuss and compute ROI Solid experience with CRM software (preferably with Salesforce), and spreadsheets Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field are preferred Clean driving record and able to travel, overnight at times, heavily within the territory during peak selling seasons.
