We are recruiting an Operations & Accounting Manager for our rehabilitation practice.
Benefits / Rewards
Prorated at 5-15 hrs hours per week with the view of increasing to full time as required by the practice
9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with some flexibility on working hours, to suit parent or other obligations
Duties & Responsibilities
As an a Operations & Accounting Manager to Healing Touch Rehab you will be required to:
Managing own diary
Remote working from your home
Support the Director in the undertaking of their duties, including:
• Proactively assigning tasks for completion
• Minute taking and assigning actions
• Manage company IT admin accounts
• Collate and manage Client personal data
• Monitor Client accounts and credit control
• Managing practice management software
• Accounting audits
Manage clinic bookings and day to day accounting
Person Specification:
Essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft excel and word
Proficient with book keeping and day to day accounting
Experience working in an administrative role
Good working knowledge of Office applications
Good working knowledge of online storage and management systems
Strong IT acumen
Excellent knowledge and understanding of GDPR and safe working practises
Experience of record keeping
Excellent organisational skills
Self motivated
Professional manner
Experience of managing own diary/time
Upbeat, positive attitude
Adaptable and open to new change and new challenges
Access to own vehicle
Desirable
Experience in developing, implementing and managing organisational policy and procedure
Good knowledge and understanding of social media platforms
Experience in clinical set up and managing accounts
